Kyiv City Students’ Republic made a request to the candidates for mayor of Kyiv. It’s important for us how will continue functioning Ukrainian capital, and we know the way it should be. Kyiv’s Republicans know which features should possess the future mayor of Kyiv. We need someone who will serve the people of Kyiv, who will take care of their welfare, decent and comfortable life, someone who will become a model for all authorities in our country. Kyiv mayor should have a step by step plan of action for the development of the city, should be responsible to the community. That is why Kyiv’s Republicans made requirements for all candidates for mayor of the capital of Ukraine. We are willing to negotiate about support to those who meet these requirements (at least partially).

·be honest, not to be noticed in lying and some manipulations, and he shouldn’t be hypocritical,
·not involved in corruption schemes, fights against corruption,
·the candidate should have good reputation,
·supports Program position of Republicans and is ready to follow it,
·should be ready to support the establishment of the Committee of Future and to realize a Program of Kyiv’s modernization together with the Republicans,
·should be ready to demonstrate to Kyiv’s inhabitants a registered Step by step action plan, which will be implemented in case of this candidate’s election,
·should report about the results of implementation of the Program of modernization of Kyiv and Step by step action plan every year, in case of failure — to resign,
·supports the restoration and giving real powers to district councils in Kyiv, facilitates the introduction of dynamic mechanisms of decentralization in the city,
·serves the people of Kyiv, aims to increase their well-being and comfort of life, but not his own enrichment,
·should be an experienced manager and a good host,
·should have a team of professionals, who support his position,
·should have results and achievements for past 5 years,
·should support strong family values,
·this candidate should be modest and he shouldn’t boast of his wealth,
·should support youth.
