During 24-27 of August, 2017 at the Black Sea Arrow (the Black Sea coast, Mykolaiv region, Ochakiv district) there was the Final of Studrespublika XIX. The most progressive young Ukrainians, intellectuals were working for three days on the topic: ’Education is the key direction of the new industrialization of Ukraine‘. Studrespublika is a unique place that unites all of the Ukrainians, who produce ideas, the realization of which will lead to the country’s revival. A conclusion from our work is modernization of education and new industrialization is going to be!
Active students, progressive young people, leading Ukrainians and foreign experts gathered for the Final of Studrespublika-2017 (Mykolaiv region, Ochakiv district, Chornomorka resort, Wellness center Zhemchuzhina) to work on overwhelming topics for Ukraine’s progress: education and new industrialization. How to make Ukraine blossom, what are the details of the OAG and the multi-festival part, who have been elected as deputies of the Student Parliament and the Student President of Ukraine — read in an official post-release.
This year’s Final is the important step towards the achievement of our main goal — modernization of Ukraine. Traditionally, in a complex organizational activity, experts and participants have made all possible variations for new industrialization and the development of education as a driver for change.
Republican leader Pavlo Viknyanskyy, during the opening of the Final of Studrespublika-2017, stressed that, despite the difficulties, caused by government in purpose, the Studrespublika does not give up and continues its work on building an effective state, in the focus of which will be a just society of free and secured citizens.
During the opening ceremony, there was a speech of Mykolaiv Mayor (2013-1015), politician Yuriy Granaturov, who supported students in their struggle for social rights and criticized the government’s offensive on scholarships. The Republicans were able to hear the solemn greetings from the MP, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism Artur Palatny, as well as from the President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, former Prime Minister Anatoliy Kinakh.
The topic of the great game-2017 was quite difficult. Participants from all over Ukraine had to understand what the world’s future would be and whether Ukraine has a chance to break into a developed world, to place an interest in education and to implement a new industrialization.
The development of educational innovations was based on the understanding that the world of the future is a world of rapid change. Technologies that will cover all spheres of life will be: robotization, artificial intelligence and medical technologies. Exactly around this conclusion participants developed a vision of educational changes. All routine tasks will be transferred to robots and artificial intelligence, which will not simply find algorithms for solutions, but automatically implement the necessary processes. Accordingly, the challenge of the future is not the management of working time, as it is now, but what to do with a huge amount of free time, how does a human not degrade.
The main ideas of an organizational activity game can be divided in the following directions:
⁃ deep professional guidance. The idea is to develop software that will analyze the child’s competitive advantages and develop recommendations for further professional development; ⁃ system of educational recommendations. Based on Big Data, the software should analyze the set of knowledge and skills that are required for a particular profession or activity. So, any user who is preparing to do any task can easily upgrade the qualification in the appropriate direction; ⁃ the system of quick conversion. The idea that involves analysis of a psychological portrait and a quick course of study with subsequent internship. The curiosity of the idea lies in the possibility of further creating an online internship platform, where the user will be able to acquire practical skills even at home; ⁃ multispecialist. We are talking about the development of related specialties. For example, a traumatologist, that can develop a prosthetic that will be printed on a 3D printer. ⁃ new university. The position on the reform of modern higher education, based on the understanding that today’s educational institutions cannot be reformed, therefore there is a need to build new institutions in parallel with the existing, gradually increasing their number. The university should be closely linked to real companies, which in fact form orders for the development of innovations and training of specialists. At the same time, a large number of courses will be transferred online with rapid adaptation to innovations in production processes.
Participants noted the need for continuing education, it is important that with the use of IT solutions, opportunities for personal development are significantly increasing. Education begins with the choice of specialty that exactly matches the psychological characteristics, then — there should be a system of recommendations for solving specific problems and rapid re-profiling in an ocean of changes.
All positions were worked out and merged into a single final presentation, presented during the closure of the Studrespublika.
Andriy Ivanytskyy, a student of Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, won the victory at the elections of the Student’s President of Ukraine, which took place at the end of the OAG. In the competition between the Republican parties The Power of Education and Online Future, formed on the basis of OAG positions, the deputies of the Student Parliament of Ukraine-2017/2018 have become: Vladyslav Avdiyenko (Dnipropetrovsk region); Anastasiya Brydykhina (Poltava region); Nazar Lys (Ternopil region); Mykhaylo Lobov (Kirovohrad region); Andriy Myskiv (Mykolaiv region); Yehor Miroshnychenko (Kirovohrad region); Tymur Nyzhnikovskyy (Mykolaiv region); Myron Tsymbalyuk (Ternopil region); Roman Cherevatenko (Kirovohrad region); Dmytro Chernyshov (Dnipropetrovsk region).
Advised the participants of the game, criticized the positions, read the electives on the topic of the Game such progressive experts as: Serhiy Belashko, Yevgenia Bilchenko, Serhiy Datsyuk, Vladimir Fadeev, Oleksandr Hubenko, Ruslan Kotsaba, Oleksandr Ktitorchuk, Dmytro Marunych, Krzysztof Mrozek (Poland), Andrii Okara, Fr. Antonii Rudyi, Andrey Yermolaiev.
Also, to the Final of Studrespublika came some pleasant guests, who shared their experiences and thoughts on the topic of the Game. The state manager, ex-governor of the Kirovohrad region Andriy Nikolaienko, the manager and politician Kateryna Vaydich and ex-MP Volodymyr Polochaninov. Statesman, politician, and now also the famous TV presenter Yevhen Chervonenko talked to the Republicans essentially, «without bills». Georgia was represented on the event by Mindia Sikharulidze, a friend of the Studrespublika, head of the Youth Branch of the Department of Sports and Youth of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.
In addition to productive work, the Republicans had the opportunity to compete in sub-fests, enjoy their time and simply become spectators of bright shows that took place during the multi-festival part. The finale of the First Lady (Persha Lady) Competition was completed, in which the victory was won by Oleksandra Terekhova, a student of the Kherson National Technical University.
After intense but plentiful work, there is an even more important task left — the embodiment of these thoughts in reality, so that ideas do not just remain on paper. It’s always the hardest thing to go from words to action, but the Republicans have been proving for years that they are not about it. We are ready for a hard every day work, ready, if necessary, to the argues with those who pushes Ukraine into the abyss. The actual task is the changes in education, which will lead Ukraine to a qualitative jump forward. And of course, we assure you of our active, indifferent civic stance in the interests of Ukraine’s free and just future.
